There’s no Spanish embassy in Belarus, so Belarusian citizens have to go to Moscow and submit documents there to the consular department in order to get a Spanish visa. Now it is also possible in Jakarta. Belarusians don’t need a visa to visit Indonesia if the period of stay doesn’t exceed 30 days.
In Jakarta, you can only open a Spanish visa in person. To do this, you need to make an appointment at the visa center and at a certain time submit a full package of documents including your passport, two photos, proof of employment, bank statement, reserved or paid tickets and accommodation.

Belarusian citizens can now obtain all kinds of entry permits, especially tourist, temporary work, student and medical visas.
How long does it take to get a visa?
From 5 to 15 working days. The visa application must be submitted no earlier and no later than 3 months before the date of the planned trip. According to the consulate’s website, it usually takes no more than 30 working days to review the documents, but in some cases this period can be extended. In addition, the embassy may request additional documents, but this doesn’t mean that your visa will be refused.
How much does a Spanish visa cost in Jakarta?
For Belarusians the consular fee is 35 EUR (not applicable for children under 6). In addition, you have to pay for the services of the visa center.
